Arbor Information and Payment System

Arbor

The school uses Arbor to maintain up-to-date information on staff, parents, guardians and pupils. Arbor is also used by the school to send out all school communication, therefore it is vital that parents sign up and activate their parent Arbor account.  Please note that parent Arbor accounts are initially for parents that have primary guardian status on the Arbor system. Primary guardians must provide written authorisation to the school should they wish to provide Arbor access for other named guardians.

Please note that any emails sent by the school using the Arbor system will go directly to your registered email mailbox.  It will NOT appear within your parent Arbor app or account.  

Payments to the school is cashless through your Arbor account. This will replace the ScoPay account previously used.  Any balances in parent Scopay accounts will be transferred to your account in Arbor.

Once your child starts at Chase Bridge, the school office will email you the instructions and a link to setting up your account.  Once you have registered your parent Arbor account on a computer, we recommend that you download the Arbor mobile app which is a quick and easy way for you to view and update information that the school holds on record for your child(ren).
